Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the electronic nature of this product and the fact that it cannot be “returned,” Smorgasbord Music and Dance has a no-refund policy on products. If you are unable to attend a webinar, no refund will be offered, as you are entitled to a recording of the session, as well as teacher notes upon payment.

If you would like to book a Zoom session, you will need to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking. In the event that you need to cancel, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule, at no extra cost. If you do not take up the offer of rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.

We highly recommend that you ask questions to make sure the product or webinar is right for you BEFORE purchasing, if you are at all unsure.
